For people with big ideas who want to propel their voice with a podcast
Stand out from the noise and connect with your listeners.
A 6 month program to create a podcast that is as great as the ones you’re obsessing over.

The reason most podcasts don’t work is not that they’re bad. It’s that they’re vague.
When a podcast feels like a lot of work
We tend to default to standardised “growth hacks”. There are good reasons for that, making a podcast can be overwhelming. The checklist and the “hacks” all have the same goal. To publish content smarter and quicker.
But simply applying templates might destroy the very things that makes a podcast special - intimacy, voice and world building.
It’s a missed opportunity. Neuroscience has found that these aspects of podcasts can change how listeners think and act in the world. It can make people care, and connect deeply to what we have to say.
You know there is something more to your podcast
Imagine if you could have a podcast that is a seamless expression of what you do. That could create great relationships with your podcast guests. And even more meaningful relationships with the people listening.
What if the topics you talk about and the things you learn can inspire how you develop new products or new business?
Where you as a host create an intentional space, being very comfortable and distinct. What if you could make the kind of podcasts YOU turn to, to FEEL a certain way in addition to the information that is shared.
…what if I could sound like the podcasts I can’t stop listening to?
What if you could create such a space? Without getting overwhelmed and burning out in the process?
Well, that’s where I come in.
Hi there, I’m Katarina
I went from being an avid podcast listener/fangirl to an internationally recognised podcast producer, specialised in narrative storytelling. As an independent producer, I know what it’s like to start from nothing, with a grand idea. I know what it’s like to stand up for what you believe in creatively and not being afraid of walking that path.
My productions has since then been recognised by Webby, Prix Europa and sonOhr.
I help podcasters focus on what matters and extract the essence so that they can connect deeper with their listeners, and stay inspired to use their podcast as the creative expression that it has the potential to be.
Listen to my podcasts here.
Welcome to the PRODUCER’S ROOM
Imagine having a real, live producer on your podcast show. A person to run creative ideas with, make decisions around your podcast and make sure that it is shaped and developed in a way that serves you. An expert in narrative audio on speed dial so that you can super charge your podcast with that special feeling that you are longing for.
What does a Producer do?
My job is to help you create the most powerful version of your podcast, focusing in your story to connect deeply with your listener. Here are some things I’ve helped clients with while roleplaying the producer on their show:
On paper/planning phase:
reviewing scripts
talking out ideas
advice on how to “write for the ear”
exploring your story and mirroring it back to you
evaluate your topics and guests to make sure it fits your premise
adding specificity and intention in that relationship to your listener
supply tools and templates to put these ideas into action
format and concept coaching taking your resources into account
In production:
Coaching and direction on the mic
Development of your tone of voice, your narrative on the mic
Produce your podcast trailer
Guidance in developing your production processes, reviewing existing process and designing new ones
Strategy
Budgeting your show (discussing time and money available) and assessing resources
Connecting you to partners and collaborators
Understand where the podcast fits into your business
Challenging you to approach your creativity in a playful way
My approach
Highly personalized
My goal is for you to get progress, and therefore we will custom our engagement to fit your goals. Through a personalised onboarding call, we will set your individual milestones. Each milestone completion will grant you an extra session with me. The more work you put in, the more support I will offer.
Structure
Creativity needs trust. I will create a safe space for that trust to develop by guiding you through a clear structure based on monthly themed learning modules, delivered via Audio Correspondance and monthly 1:1 calls in Producer’s Room. So that you can lean into your creativity and trust the process.
Playfulness
With Audio Correspondance I will challenge you to access your creativity in new ways, by stepping away from your computer and going out for walks. We learn by doing, and I will help you bring humor into the creative process to make it lighter and more energising.
Michelle G., Producer’s Room Client
“I know it is only one week in, but it is helping me so much in the whole creative process. I can see this is exactly the kind of support I have missed in earlier projects I have done. It's making what used to feel like a heavy struggle much more light and playful.”
Learning modules
-
We kick off the Producer’s Room with an onboarding call where we define useful milestones for you to work towards during our time together, so that we can ensure progress with your podcast.
-
We start with the very basics, connecting to your listener, to your message and the intentional space you would create.
-
We build out your podcast by making choices and building a curation mindset. Gaining clarity on the filter from which you will select your topics and guests.
-
Together we will build a workflow that fits into your week, and that allows your podcast to be a sustainable creative outlet for you.
-
With weekly accountability check ins, we implement the planning made during our first 3 months of work into your actual production flow. From there we learn and refine.
-
The more work you put in, the more available I will be. You can submit any of the milestones during the 6 months of our work together, at the pace you wish.
Anja P., Producer’s Room Client
“The Producer’s Room helped me in finding my voice, connecting it to my mission and using a more precise and connecting language around what I do. My podcast went from being a recording to an experience, connected to the listener.”
Here is how we’ll work together
AUDIO CORRESPONDENCE
Weekly. All the curriculum will be delivered via audio. To spark your creativity, you’re invited to step away from your computer and digest the course material and its prompts during a walk.
You’ll record your insights and send me your findings each week. It’s like a creative sketchbook in audio, that will support your podcast process.
COMPREHENSIVE WORKBOOK
Self-paced. To set you up for success. With one worksheet per audio correspondence, you’ll get to write down the ideas that stick, and complete your thinking in writing. I will give you feedback on worksheets during our Producer’s Room sessions.
PRODUCER’S ROOM (1:1 coaching)
Monthly. Each month we’ll meet in the Producer’s Room, in a 1 hour, 1:1 coaching session via Zoom where I role play the producer on your podcast, and we tackle different aspects of your podcast/creative process.
Audio Correspondence
Audio Correspondence
Immediatley you’re in the native medium, from day one of us working together. Audio Correspondence will allow you to go deeper, understand your why, organise your thoughts and discover your expression. Connect the dots with this new audio reflection exercise.
AUDIO CORRESPONDENCE: What people say

— Eva T.
“Katarina is showing instead of telling in her examples thoughout the material of the course. It is something that is rare in today’s online world. I find myself immersed, intrigued and my creativity is working in ways it hasn’t for a while. It’s a powerful experience.”
— Maria G.

If you have a podcast, and you’re figuring out how to move forward, working with me will save you time. Together we’ll cut right to the heart of your version of Conscious Content, very very quickly. I will help you accelerate those results.
“I just wanted to say that it is really so cool to work together. I know it is only one week in, but it is helping me so much in the whole creative process. I can see this is exactly the kind of support I have missed in earlier projects I have done. It's making what used to feel like a heavy struggle much more light and playful.”
- Michelle, Producer’s Room Client
You can make the choice not to have a podcast, but having a vague podcast will be a waste of time because people will not respond to it. You are not getting the results that you want from it.
Maybe you don’t have the bandwidth to do a podcast at all right now. Making a podcast is a time investment, and if you’re not ready to make a time investment at all into your podcast, I totally understand that. But if you are going to be making a podcast in the next 6 months or a year this is going to save you time. You will figure out what it is all about, you will get the right structure to thrive - figuring out what guests to bring on your show, how to talk to them in a way that helps you and your listeners so that you can make sure that it lands, and has an impact.
“With Katarina’s expertise and especially her clarity on how she works I knew that's what I need to really get started - and FINISH this thing.”
- Anja, Producer’s Room Client
-
We’re not editing your podcast, what we’re doing is figuring out what your podcast is really about. And how we can make this into a really valuable piece of intellectual property for you. You can talk into a microphone for 30 minutes and someone can edit it, and you have a “podcast”. You can also not edit it, and you have a “podcast”. I help you create a podcast that lands, that matters, that has an impact, that changes lives. If you want that, we need to work on what your podcast is about. And that’s what we do in “Producer’s Room”.
“I started recording by myself at home and quickly realised - yes, that's OK. But it was far from the big vision I had. Working with Katarina was a beautiful, intense and enriching experience during which I step by step revealed the core essence of my podcast and turned it from a recording to an experience for listeners.”
- Anja, Producer’s Room Client
When we get to editing and figuring out your production process, I have really experienced professionals who I can highly recommend who share my values around story, voice and Conscious Content. They run podcast production companies and they can help you produce your podcast if you choose to go that way.

Your investment for the Producer’s Room is 6,500 CHF (payment plans are available)
You need to talk. So we need to talk!

FOCUS SENTENCE: What people say
“I use the Focus Sentence whenever I talk about my podcast and when I say it people instantly get what not only my work is about, but what I am about. That’s invaluble.”
— Camilla L.
“The focus sentence really makes you hone in on what’s important, and my favorite is the last part - why we do what we do. It’s so often forgotten in podcasting and guess what, it turns out it makes all the difference.”
